Our Dentists

Dr. Warner is a graduate of Auburn University and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000. Dr. Warner has completed courses in endodontics, aesthetic dentistry, oral conscious sedation, dental implants and TMJ. He recently completed his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Warner holds membership with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, South Carolina Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Auburn Alumni Association. Dr. Warner is also a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Spending time with is wife Amy and daughters, Mary Chappell and Amelia is how Dr. Warner likes to spend his time off. Deep-sea fishing is a passion for Dr. Warner. His favorite catch is Mahi Mahi.

Dr. Riley Cates is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. He has completed courses in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and anesthesia. Dr. Cates is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association. Dr. Cates attends Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Metro Exchange Club. In his off time Dr. Cates loves to sail and sits on the Coastal Council Boy Scout Board. Dr. Cates loves to spend time with his wife, Paula, and his daughter Abby.

Veronica Wisneski:

Veronica Wisneski is our front office coordination and is happy to help you with all your scheduling needs. With 27 years of experience, let Veronica help you with treatment planning, financial or insurance questions you have.

Veronica is originally from California and has been in the Charleston area for 5 years. Veronica and her husband Mike enjoy spending weekends on their boat.

Shannon Bordeaux RDH:

Shannon is originally from Dalton Georgia and has 18 year of experience in dentistry. Shannon moved to Atlanta in 1990 and received her Associate of Dental Hygiene degree from DeKalb College. Shannon is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. She is highly skilled in patient education of prevention of dental diseases and nutritional counseling. While her technical skills transcend Shannon as a top provider of dental care, she cares for each patient with compassion and patience. Shannon also spent 5 years as a surgical assistant to one of the nations premiere periodontists and one year as a periodontal hygienist to a local Charleston periodontist.

Shannon and her husband, Brian, relocated to the Charleston area in 2006. Spending time with Brian and her two dogs, gatherings with friends and family are favorite activities for Shannon.

Rebecca Lewis:

Rebecca is a native of Summerville, SC.  After graduating from Stratford High School, Becca went on to earn her CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) degree and is currently working towards becoming a hygienist.  Becca looks forward to everyday at East Cooper Dental Excellence because of her great relationships with her patients and wonderful coworkers.  In her spare time, Becca enjoys spending time with her family,  exercising,  bike riding and time on the beach.

Yuyuan Zhu Costelloe: Dental Assistant

Graduate Doctor of Dentistry. Practiced dentistry for 5 years and oral surgery for 15 years, Hebi Province, Handan, China. Yuyuan came to the United States 5 years ago and has worked as an assistant in Dentistry and Oral Surgery.
